Most of the children love eating fast food. This includes burgers, pizzas, hotdogs, fish and
chips. Although such food is tasty, it doesn't provide us with enough vitamins, that our bodies
need. This food is not very healthy as it usually contains a lot of fat. Eating fast food often can
result in weight gain.
However, you can make a meal at the fast food restaurant healthier by choosing a burger
which has vegetables in it, by skipping the fries and by having plain water instead of carbonated
soft drinks.
